Senior Vice President, Chief Customer and Commercial Officer

Andy Hill is Senior Vice President, Chief Customer and Commercial Officer at Coke Florida. He drives strategic initiatives that elevate customer relationships and support the company’s growth. His leadership focuses on delivering innovative service solutions, optimizing execution capabilities, and ensuring best-in-class service for Coke Florida’s customers and partners. In his role, Andy leads cross-functional teams in retail customer management, foodservice and on-premise operations (FSOP), marketing, franchise field operations, customer solutions, and franchise relations. Andy is also responsible for the company's commercial operations including strategic integration, commercial planning, and risk management.

Andy has over 30 years of experience across the consumer and retail industries. Before joining Coke Florida, he served as Senior Vice President of U.S. Retail at Mondelez International, a multinational consumer packaged goods provider. Andy is also a veteran of the Coca-Cola System, having previously held executive leadership level roles at The Coca-Cola Company, including Vice President of Sales and Operations for Coca-Cola Refreshments. Mr. Hill holds a BA in International Political Science from The University of South Carolina and a MBA in International Business from Alliance Manchester Business School.
