Cass is Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Officer at Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, where he leads retail customer management, food service and on-premise operations, as well as the field operations team. Prior to joining Coke Florida, he served as Customer Vice President at Mondelez, where he led the strategic transformation of the company’s direct store delivery model. He most recently held the role of Chief Customer Officer at Tate’s Bake Shop. Cass holds a Master of Business Administration from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Science from Georgia Southern University.
