Cecilia is Vice President, Human Resources for Coca-Cola Beverages Florida. In her role, she leads the Human Resources organization, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Learning and Development, and Total Rewards. Cecilia joined the company in 2026 after more than 15 years of human resources leadership experience across Fortune 500 financial services, insurance, and consumer packaged goods organizations.
