Karla Radtke

Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Administration

Karla is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for Coca-Cola Beverages Florida. She works closely with the executive leadership and HR teams to recruit, develop and retain talent across the business to support long-term value creation. In addition, she oversees public affairs, communications, community, and security. Karla previously served as VP, Chief of Staff to the Chairman and CEO. Prior to joining Coke Florida, she was Vice President of Category Commercialization for Coca-Cola North America. Karla earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Management from Upper Iowa University and a associate’s degree in Accounting from Northcentral Technical College.
