Karla Radtke

Vice President & Chief of Staff

Karla Radtke is the Vice President and Chief of Staff to Chairman and CEO Troy Taylor at Coke Florida. She collaborates with the executive leadership team members to determine, prioritize, and drive business strategies that will maximize long-term growth and value creation for Coke Florida.

Karla joined Coke Florida in 2021. She has over thirty-five years of business experience, including over thirty years of Coca-Cola System experience in sales, sales operations, marketing, commercial operations and supply chain. Karla holds a BS in Marketing and Business Management from Upper Iowa University and an Associate Degree in Accounting from Northcentral Technical College.
