Paul Pheffer

Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Paul Pheffer is Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for Coke Florida. He drives continuous improvements across the Finance organization, oversees all Treasury and Tax activities, and supports increased financial interactions with affiliated companies. Paul also leads the design and implementation of new finance digital capabilities, including expanding intelligent automation and integrated planning, reporting, and consolidation tools.

In 2023, Coke Florida was selected as a US Best Managed Company by Deloitte-Private and The Wall Street Journal for a second consecutive year. The designation is awarded to an elite group of U.S. private companies who demonstrate excellence in business strategy, execution, culture, and governance/financials.

Prior to his current role, Paul served as Coke Florida’s Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer. He joined the company in 2017 as Controller after extensive leadership in finance with Case New Holland America, GE Healthcare, Protiviti, Snap-On Tools, and Arthur Andersen.

Paul is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Internal Auditor, and holds a degree in Accounting and Corporate Finance from Ball State University - Miller College of Business. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Pasco Education Foundation.
