To celebrate your accomplishments, Coke Florida invites you and your guests to attend the
Coke Florida Refreshing Minds Scholarship Awards Ceremony this summer.

Saturday, June 7th

12:00 PM – Recipient Arrival & Registration
12:30 PM – Lunch & Learn with Florida Prepaid College Foundation
Scholars and parents/guardians required.
2:00 PM Scholars photoshoot
4 PM – Hotel Room Check-in
5 PM – Reception
6 PM – Dinner and Program Begins

Event Details
Make Plans to Attend

  • Scholarship recipients may invite up to three (3) guests to attend the awards ceremony.
  • Coke Florida will provide each recipient with a complimentary double-bed occupancy hotel room and parking for a one-night stay at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort following the event. Check-in 6/7 and check-out 6/8.
  • Recipients will receive four (4) theme park tickets.*
  • ​Recipients and guests must arrange personal transportation to and from the event in Orlando.

*Tickets are subject to terms and conditions specified by the issuer and to a theme park of Coke Florida’s choosing. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfer of tickets will be permitted except at the sole discretion of Coke Florida who reserves the right, where lawful to substitute tickets (or portion thereof) with tickets of comparable or greater value. Tickets may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged by recipient. Coke Florida is not responsible for damage or loss of tickets after they have been delivered to recipient. Coke Florida makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any tickets furnished. All details of tickets not specified herein shall be determined solely by Coke Florida.
