Senior Vice President, Chief Customer Officer

Cass is the Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Officer for Coca-Cola Beverages Florida. He leads retail customer management, foodservice and on-premise operations, and the field operations teams. He most recently served as Chief Customer Officer for Tate’s Bake Shop, and has over 30 years of sales and customer management experience. Cass holds a master's degree in Business Administration from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a bachelor’s degree in Science from Georgia Southern University.
