Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with Coke Florida

The celebration of Hispanic Americans began in 1968 as a weeklong U.S. holiday. Today, the recognition spans a 30-day period, September 15th to October 15th. Coke Florida joins our nation in highlighting Hispanic culture, history, and achievements across North America. We are proud to employ a diverse group of professionals statewide, give back to all of the communities we serve, and partner with businesses to serve iconic Coca-Cola beverages.

Coke Florida’s National Hispanic Heritage Month 2026 celebration focuses on statewide programming aligned with two of our three community pillars: education and economic empowerment. We are partnering with various organizations and community programs to donate more than 100 laptops to students and community centers, establish and upgrade tech labs, and host digital skills training sessions. Our campaign continues to expand in impact with technology and economic empowerment initiatives surpassing $1M to date.

Empowering Communities by Providing Access to
Educational and Technology Resources

During National Hispanic Heritage Month 2026, Coke Florida, a family-owned Coca-Cola bottler, will donate 100 laptops to ensure that students and adults served by community-based programs are equipped with reliable technology to support educational activities, conduct training workshops, and perform employment-related activities. These initiatives assist Floridians of all ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds.

Laptops donations to students are a staple part of Coke Florida’s commitment to giving back to the local communities. The company has expanded its focus in recent years to also provide new laptops and other upgrades to community computer labs, meeting a broad need for reliable technology. This month, Coke Florida will serve eight computer labs.

Digital Skills Training

Coke Florida provides technology access and opportunities for students to develop skills and capabilities that build digital fluency and exposes them to technology-driven career paths. Coke Florida‘s digital skills training series includes curriculum in Intelligent Automation, Web Developments, and Minecraft Coding.

Did You Know? The kickoff of Hispanic Heritage Month on September 15th coincides with independence days of several Latin American countries, including Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, and Mexico.
