Deborah Pond

Senior Vice President, General Counsel

Ms. Deborah Pond has 25 years of legal experience. She is currently the Senior Vice President, General Counsel for Coke Florida. In this role, Ms. Pond has responsibility for all legal matters for the company. She first joined the Coca-Cola System in 1996 as an in-house attorney with The Coca-Cola Company.

During her time with The Coca-Cola Company, she supported a wide spectrum of the Coca-Cola business, including sales, marketing, supply chain, commercial leadership, franchise leadership and international trade. Before joining The Coca-Cola Company, Ms. Pond was a litigation associate with the Troutman Sanders law firm in Atlanta. Ms. Pond received her JD from Emory University and her AB from Duke University.
