P3 Logo

As Coke Florida continues to expand, it is important to remain mindful of our company values. Our cultural pillars, also known as P3, are at the heart of what we do each and every day. Our Cultural Pillars

We are committed to being Passionate. We are passionate about our brands, the business, our customers and those in the community. We bring this passion into our work, which contributes to our success on a day-to-day basis.

Partnership is a crucial component to our business. We rely on collaboration with our customers, The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola North America and other Coca-Cola Bottlers to position ourselves as a viable, local Bottler that is focused on creating shared value.

As an independent, privately-held company, Performance is critically important. Ultimately, we need to drive business so that we can reinvest back into tools, technology, resources, facilities and of course, you – our talented associates!.

Our Cultural Norms

We are on a mission at Coke Florida to be the best performing Consumer Packaged Goods company in the world.

To achieve this as a standard, our Cultural Norms project who we are and our way of being. They define the actions and behaviors of all our associates across Florida in engaging with customers, partners and stakeholders, and other members of the communities we serve.
